Job Description

You will be responsible for recruitment, support, and hiring management of foreign personnel in the Fourth Business Division, which specializes in introducing and providing employment support for foreigners. Additionally, as a leader of career advisors involved in these tasks, you will also handle management responsibilities.

This position is recommended for those who wish to advance their careers while utilizing their language skills and other abilities.

- Support and manage team members (career advisors)
- Recruit foreign personnel to introduce to client companies
- Manage the progress of foreign personnel recruitment
- Perform marketing tasks
- Plan and manage campaigns
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs
- Build alliances with partner companies (sending institutions)
- Manage web and social media operations
- Support employed foreign personnel, etc.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience in introducing foreign personnel or recruiting candidates
