Job Description

**[Job Description]**
In the Fourth Business Division, which handles foreign personnel introduction and employment support, you will be responsible for customer support tasks related to our matching system to expand the system's reach for both foreign talent and companies. Specifically, you will support job seekers and companies using our matching system (Stepjob). This position is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people and working in a communicative role within the company and externally.

**[Specific Job Responsibilities]**
― For job seekers:
- Check residency status
- Monitor photos and self-promotion videos (ensuring there is no inappropriate content)
- Provide a series of responses and support to job seekers

― For companies:
- Email support
- Provide job consulting support via phone (phone support is optional)
- Review job listings
- Support communication and interview processes between job seekers and companies

Mandatory Requirements
