In the Fourth Business Division, which provides foreign talent introduction and employment support, you will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and managing the hiring process for foreign workers. This is an ideal position for those who want to utilize their language skills while assisting foreigners in finding employment.

- Recruiting foreign talent to introduce to companies
- Managing the hiring progress of foreign talent
- Marketing tasks
- Planning and running campaigns
- Analyzing competitors, market, and customers
- Building alliances with companies (sending organizations)
- Managing web and social media operations
- Supporting newly hired foreign workers
