Job Description

**Job Description (営業スタッフ)**
We are hiring a sales staff member to help expand the client base for our foreign talent matching system at the Fourth Business Division, which specializes in foreign talent introduction and employment support. This role primarily focuses on new business development but also involves long-term relationship management with both new hires and clients after placement. The position is ideal for those who want to go beyond just sales and build lasting relationships with clients and talent. Additionally, you will be involved in marketing, campaign planning, and analysis, offering a broad career development path.

**Specific Job Responsibilities:**
- New business development for companies using our foreign talent matching system
- Marketing and campaign planning and execution
- PR planning and implementation
- Competitive, market, and customer analysis
- External business partnerships and alliances
- Web and social media management

**Target Industries:**
- Hospitals and care facilities
- Retail (supermarkets and other retail businesses)
- Restaurants and dining establishments
- Hotels and accommodation services
- Food factories, etc.

**Goals and Performance:**
- Instead of individual targets, you will work towards team-wide goals.
- While performance will be evaluated based on metrics like numbers and sales, the process of achieving these goals is also a key factor in evaluation.

**Working Style:**
- The position is open to those based in Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, etc.), and you will primarily be field-based, visiting clients. There is flexibility for direct-to-client visits and working from different locations.

Mandatory Requirements

**Required Qualifications:**
- Experience in corporate sales (experience length not specified)
* Experience in the foodservice industry, staffing, or recruitment sales is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license

**Educational Background:**
- Graduate school, university, or vocational school graduate, or high school graduate

Preferred Requirements

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in new business development sales
- Marketing experience
- Experience in planning and managing campaigns or events
- Sales experience or knowledge in the human resources industry
