You will be responsible for managing a **call center operations for local government services** run by our company.
*The assigned team will be determined based on suitability and personal preferences.*
**Job Description**
- Develop and adjust team operation strategies
∟ We will consider how to respond to client needs (local government) with teams of 1–20 members.
- Report progress to clients, adjust, and communicate
∟ We will report on the progress of tasks from clients via web meetings, phone calls, or email, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Staff training and shift management
∟ Educate and train staff, create shift schedules, etc.
- Staff management (labor and quality control)
∟ Adjust tasks based on the created shift and manage the quality of responses to minimize errors.
- Coordination with staffing agencies, billing management
∟ Manage attendance of temporary staff and handle billing for staffing agencies.
**Training and Support After Joining**
After joining, you will undergo initial training on "business manners," "center rules," "how to communicate," and "basics of providing support," and then be assigned to the field. After being assigned to the field, you will learn the tasks, receive instruction from senior managers, and, after about 3 months, take on managerial responsibilities based on your proficiency.
