**~Communication Designer for Promoting the Appeal of CloudSign~**
**Department Introduction**
CloudSign Business Division, Customer Success Department
The wave of digitalization is gaining momentum in society, but not all companies have caught up with it. The Customer Success Department proposes a new form of contract management, implementing it within business operations, and creates customer success through productivity improvement, cost reduction, and other means.
**Reason for Recruitment**
"CloudSign" has seen widespread adoption among many companies, and new products such as "CloudSign NOW" and "CloudSign Sales Automation" have shown growth beyond expectations. With this business growth, contracts from well-known companies have also increased. As the target customer base has expanded rapidly, we have not been able to focus deeply on individual clients to solve their problems in customer success. We are now looking to form a high-touch organization that will help enterprise or middle-market companies leverage CloudSign more effectively, and thus, we are recruiting for this position.
**Job Description**
**Overview**
You will be responsible for introducing and managing the cloud-based electronic contract service "CloudSign" for companies. There are various challenges in promoting the use of electronic contracts within companies, such as:
- Improving understanding of legal interpretations
- Expanding usage across departments, driving business process re-engineering (BPR)
- Integration with internal systems
- Achieving profitability relative to investment costs and labor resources
As a professional, you will provide various solutions to legal and contractual issues centered on electronic contracts, and guide customers toward resolving them. By understanding customer situations, you will be involved in tasks such as designing appropriate workflows, internal awareness campaigns, and monitoring post-launch usage, providing continuous consulting services. In cases where more effective performance is expected from API integration or related services, you will offer consulting services to help the customer focus on their core business and achieve success.
**Detailed Responsibilities**
Primarily, you will provide consulting to the sales, management, and legal departments of larger companies, as well as other departments within the company that are using CloudSign, addressing issues and challenges that arise during the implementation of electronic contracts.
Since electronic contracts incur costs based on the number of sent documents, it is important to promote customer digitalization and operational efficiency.
You will design and promote the implementation support based on customer requests for those customers acquired by the sales team, and provide consulting to resolve operational challenges. As a Customer Success Manager, you will monitor customer health scores, regularly visit to check the status, and propose solutions for any issues identified in usage.
Depending on your experience, skills, and career aspirations, you may also participate in task forces for new projects, contribute to product feature improvements, and engage in planning and project management related to business process improvements for CloudSign.
**Required Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in B2B solution sales or hands-on business consulting
- Experience working with large enterprises
- Ability to create presentation/analysis materials using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
This position is not a support role, but rather focuses on actively driving business efficiency consulting to solve customer challenges. Candidates with experience in problem-solving sales or consulting are expected to contribute quickly.
**Highest Level of Education**:
- Graduate School
- University Degree
- Vocational School Graduate
- High School Graduate
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Management experience leading a small team of approximately 5 people
- Project management or account management experience in the IT industry
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company
- Possession of "CloudSign Certification"
(Experience in providing high-touch services to large enterprises is a plus)
