1. Job description
■As a candidate for the next manager, you will be tasked with the following duties.
-Identifying issues in quality control and planning, implementing, and managing improvement measures
-Understanding and dealing with risks
Understanding projects with quality risks and the status of company-wide projects, anticipating future risks, and working with related departments and the Business Headquarters to respond to risks
-Responding to problems when major problems occur or when multiple problems occur
In particular, when major problems occur, information becomes confusing and chaotic, so it is necessary to take strong initiative and control information and manage tasks to resolve problems quickly
-Assistant manager (assistant to group management)
Determining the group's annual policy and important initiatives, informing members, coordinating with other departments, participating in various management meetings, and conducting group meetings
