Our company, as a prime vendor, is involved in the planning, proposal, development, and operation of various IT systems for our clients.
We understand our clients’ management, business, and IT strategies, and work at the forefront of projects to achieve business goals and resolve management issues, controlling QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service) while driving and completing projects.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, starting from requirement definition, through to design, development, testing, release, and subsequent operations and maintenance, including enhancements.

Each project is tackled by a team. Depending on the scale, team sizes vary from a few people to dozens.

Our clients span a wide range of industries, so you will have the opportunity to experience a variety of projects.
Example projects include:
- Initial development, enhancement, infrastructure setup, and operation and maintenance of the game platform "Bushimo"
- Development of web services and infrastructure considering durability against high-traffic loads, including operation and maintenance
- Initial development, enhancement, and operation/maintenance of iOS/Android apps and server-side for a mobile app with over 30 million downloads
- In-house mobile app development
- Collaborative development of the fortune-telling service "dApps Shrine" utilizing blockchain technology with SANKYO Corporation

- Over 2 years of web application development experience (at least one of the following keywords: Java, PHP, Python, Vue.js, Angular, React, AWS), or over 1 year of native app development experience for iOS/Android (Swift or Objective-C, Java or Kotlin)
- Experience as a team leader for a development team of 3 or more members related to the above keywords

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in project management for web or mobile app development
- Experience in managing the entire process from requirement definition to release, operations and maintenance, and enhancements
- Experience in directing mobile app development
- Consulting experience in system construction
- Understanding of project management methodologies and processes
- Experience with Agile or Scrum development
