Job Description

[About the recruitment position]
1. Job content and what you will be entrusted with after joining the company
As a liaison with major affiliated stores, you will be entrusted with developing new services, introducing and maintaining existing services, and improving and adjusting operations.
You will also be entrusted with coordinating operations with each department within the company in response to business improvements and project adjustments.
You will communicate closely with customers, operate systems to suit their business, and sometimes customize systems.
A wide range of engineering work will be involved, from proposing, designing, developing, building, and operating payment-related tasks and systems.
■Specific work content
-Define requirements necessary for service operation work in electronic payment
-Define regular service operation work (daily and monthly) and work flow
-Coordination and inquiry response work with affiliated stores and card companies
-Process management work from receiving electronic payment terminal application forms to reviewing application information, resolving deficiencies, registering terminal information, and installing the terminal
-Establish service operation rules
-Respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate with affiliated stores and card companies
