In the Chunansei area, centered around Matsusaka City, you will be responsible for construction management of air conditioning, water supply and drainage, and electrical equipment for government agencies and private companies (mainly creating documents and drawings related to construction, process, quality, and safety management, and coordinating with the site).

Construction management: Checking the site against the construction drawings
Process management: Meeting with other contractors, coordinating work dates, etc.
Quality control: Checking and adjusting pipe leakage, flow, equipment operation, air volume, noise, etc.
Safety management: Managing and giving instructions regarding safety to cooperating contractors
