■Job Description:
You will be responsible for the construction management (subcontractor management) of all facilities for our newly built properties, including steel, reinforced concrete, SRC, and 2x4. You will be handling projects such as rental housing, detached houses, tenant buildings, elderly welfare facilities, and station redevelopment projects, with a focus on effective utilization of apartment buildings. We have a wide variety of properties, from low-rise to high-rise and even super-high-rise redevelopment.
1) Quality inspection (multi-faceted work such as electricity, water supply and drainage, and air conditioning)
2) Equipment-related cost estimation, estimate creation and assessment
3) After-sales maintenance
4) Site supervision, guidance and management of subcontractors, etc.

Since the business owner and post-construction management are our group companies, it is possible to level out the construction period (start of construction and completion). This means that there is no concentration of projects in January to March, and it is possible to take holidays and reduce overtime. Furthermore, because of the company's community-based operations, multiple construction projects often start at the same time and in the same area, and a "joint office" is set up and shared among multiple projects, making it easier to patrol the sites.
