In the construction management department, you will be responsible for the construction management of the company's own branded condominiums, commercial facilities, buildings, and public works.
■Job description: Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
・Process management・Schedule management・Budget management・Safety management
Basically, you will go directly to the site and return directly. The site you will be assigned to will be decided taking into consideration the transportation from your home.
The average construction period is about one to one and a half years, and the budget size is mainly 1 to 2 billion yen. The work will be done in a team of 4 to 6 people. You will start working in a sub position, and in the future, we will entrust you with site supervision.
■Work style:
We have a shift system for working on holidays and have also introduced IT tools. In addition, we acquire projects with ample construction time when receiving orders, so it is a good working environment.
