Job Description

Our company, as a prime vendor, handles the planning, proposal, development, and operation of a variety of IT systems for clients.

You will be responsible for leading the design of optimal architectures, middleware selection, selection of libraries and frameworks, language choices, verification and implementation of new technologies and development methods, proposals for efficiency improvements and tool implementations to enhance team development productivity, code reviews, and ensuring code quality in team development. Additionally, you will lead the development team from a technical perspective to ensure stress-free and secure services that can be reliably used, from securing scalability to ensuring security. We handle each project as a team. Depending on the project, team sizes range from a few people to several dozen. Also, since our clients come from various industries, you can experience a wide range of projects.

### Examples of Projects:
- Initial development, enhancement development, infrastructure setup, and maintenance of the game platform "Bushimo."
- Web service development, infrastructure setup, and maintenance, considering durability against high-traffic.
- Initial development, enhancement development, and maintenance of iOS/Android apps and server-side for a mobile app with over 30 million downloads.
- In-house mobile app development.
- Joint development of a fortune-telling content service using blockchain "dApps Shrine" with SANKYO Corporation.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates with the following experience and database (SQL or NoSQL) experience:

- Over 2 years of web application development experience (at least one of the keywords: Java, PHP, Python)
- Over 1 year of front-end development experience (at least one of the keywords: Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, React)
- Over 2 years of iOS/Android native app development experience (Swift or Objective-C, Java or Kotlin)
- Over 1 year of iOS/Android cross-platform development experience (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, Unity, etc.)

Preferred Requirements

- Experience as a tech lead in web application development or mobile app development
- Experience with Agile or Scrum development
