Job Description

■About the company integration

-Persol Process & Technology Co., Ltd. will change its name to Persol Business Process Design Co., Ltd. on September 1, 2024.

-Persol Works Design Co., Ltd. and Persol Tempstaff Co., Ltd. BPO Business Division will be integrated into Persol Business Process Design Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2024.

This time, we are looking for someone who can engage in project management, operation, business design, etc. in back office operations in the insurance industry, among BPO services!

[Specific duties]
●Negotiating with customers and issuing instructions to partner companies and related organizations
●Meeting, contacting, and coordinating with customers, partner companies, related organizations, internal related departments, etc.
└Regular meetings are held about three times a week, and other meetings are held as needed!
● Various clerical tasks such as billing, creating quotations, and calculating income and expenditures
● Creating various manuals used in business
● Creating and reviewing procedures and processes
● Data operations, printing forms, and other business processes
There will be times when you will be using Access to perform verification
