Our company, as a prime vendor, is involved in planning, proposing, developing, and operating a variety of IT systems for our clients.

In mobile apps (iOS / Android), you will work closely with sales, taking on proposal activities, planning and promoting development projects, and leading smartphone application development projects.

Instead of simply accepting customer requests, you will understand their needs and goals. As a support role for the project manager, you will lead one team within the project, handling everything from client negotiations to managing team resources, progress, and quality.

**Responsibilities**
In iOS / Android application development, the following tasks will be assigned:
- Pre-sales / Proposal activities
- Project planning
- Project management
- Requirement definition
- Basic design

**Example Projects**
- Initial development, enhancement, infrastructure construction, and maintenance for the game platform "Bushimo"
- Initial development of iOS/Android apps for a smartphone app with over 30 million downloads
- Initial development, enhancement, and maintenance of various iOS/Android apps involving server-side integration
- In-house smartphone app development, etc.

You will often be assigned to a new project within 6 months to 1 year, allowing you to experience the full cycle from project initiation to release with a sense of speed. Since clients have a wide range of diverse requirements, you will find fulfillment in solving new technical challenges, creating a rewarding environment.

More than 2 years of experience in native iOS/Android app development (Swift or Objective-C, Java or Kotlin), or more than 1 year of experience in cross-platform iOS/Android development (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, Unity, etc.)
Leadership experience in a development project with more than 3 team members related to the above technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in client negotiations
Experience in upstream processes (requirement definition / basic design)
Experience in planning, operation, and management of schedules for clients
Experience in reviewing design documents, programs, test specifications, etc.
Experience in development, testing, and tuning with a focus on performance and security
Knowledge and experience with cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure, etc.) (of any type)
