[Working environment]
The company's philosophy is to "provide valuable commercial spaces that customers will say 'thank you' to, and to maximize the mental and economic happiness of our employees."
Under this philosophy, the company has an environment where "treatment," "job satisfaction," and "achievement of work-life balance" can all be achieved.
In the interior design industry, it is common for one person to play multiple roles, which inevitably leads to overwork.
To eliminate this problem, the company has established a division of labor (sales department, design department, production department, production planning department).
Each job allows employees to focus on their own area of expertise, so they can manage their time and aim to become specialists in their field.
