Job Description

You will be in charge of rental property management in the Customer Support Department.



- Support duties such as preparing for payment, scheduling, and progress management

- Calls to confirm payment, phone calls to transfer management to management companies, creating receipts, etc.



- We are focusing on reducing overtime hours and creating a clean and comfortable office environment by grasping the trends of the times such as developing new ways of working! (Average overtime hours are about 20 hours)
