Web and Mobile Application Development SE
You will be responsible for serving as a project leader, bridging the development centers in Yokohama Headquarters, Sendai, and Yamagata.
Specific Responsibilities:
You will work on web services, smartphone applications, and business system development for clients in the Tokyo metropolitan area at the PRO Sendai office and Yamagata office.
If you are an SE confident in your technical abilities, you can participate in projects that leverage your development experience in the Tokyo area while working from rural locations.

As a bridge project leader, your mission will be to drive projects across PRO Headquarters, Sendai, and Yamagata development centers, overseeing a wide range of tasks. You will lead the project through system planning, requirements definition, design, production, testing, migration, project management, direction, and the management of development team members.

New construction of EC websites, enhancement development
New construction of web services and smartphone apps, enhancement development
Business system development
IoT system development
Blockchain-related projects
Research and development with companies and universities

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of web development experience (with expertise in at least one of the following keywords: Java, PHP, Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Python, AWS)
Experience with databases (SQL, any type)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in cost management and resource management in system development projects
Experience in database construction, SQL tuning, etc.
Experience in development from upstream processes such as requirements definition
Experience leading a development team of multiple members
Knowledge of performance optimization
