Job Description
The construction period ranges from six months to two and a half years. Two to three construction managers are in charge of each site. Past and current projects include transportation infrastructure including roads, river maintenance, and urban development such as land development for residential and business use.

Basically, you will go directly to the site and return home, and you may be asked to rent a property near the site. Accommodation and rent will be fully covered! (An additional allowance of 40,000 yen will be provided). Depending on the project, you may have to work overtime or on Saturdays. ◎The human relations on site are good, and we are proud of our very high retention rate. We have created an environment where you can settle down and work for the long term. There are 12 employees over 60 years old, including one 78-year-old employee.

・Practical experience in civil engineering construction management (2 years or more)
