Job Description

Construction periods range from one year to as long as two and a half years. Two to three construction managers are in charge of one site. Past and current projects include housing, educational facilities, medical facilities, and resort facilities.

Mandatory Requirements

・Practical experience in construction management (2 years or more)
・Driver's license (automatic transmission acceptable)
・Graduate of a construction-related faculty

Preferred Requirements

・Qualified construction management engineer
