You will be responsible for quality assurance and management tasks for ceramic electronic components, including ceramic multilayer products and various packaging products.
In the Quality Assurance department, which oversees all products, you will focus on the most critical aspect of product quality—monitoring and ensuring quality control. Your role will be to supply products with quality that meets customer satisfaction.
You will also be involved in maintaining and improving quality systems based on ISO/IATF (quality standards for automotive parts), and work on creating systems to ensure stable shipment quality.
[Required Qualifications and Experience]
・Experience in quality assurance and quality control in the electrical, electronic, or semiconductor materials industry
・Knowledge and experience with ISO and IATF standards
・Experience in production, manufacturing, or process technology for ceramic materials or electronic components
・Japanese language proficiency: N2 level or higher
[Preferred Qualifications and Experience]
・English language skills (especially reading and writing)
*Depending on skill level, communication with overseas factories (e.g., in Malaysia) may be required. This could include writing emails or instruction documents in English, providing on-site guidance during business trips, or assisting with customer visits.
