You will be in charge of cost estimating work at our company, which is involved in the construction of housing, educational facilities, medical facilities, resort facilities, etc.

Specifically: ・Site (construction site) surveys and construction plans ・Meetings with sales representatives and external design offices ・Quantity calculations from design drawings, meetings and checks with cooperating cost estimating offices ・Requesting quotes from specialized contractors and checking the quotes ・Cost reduction proposals using alternative products that meet the required performance, quality, and applicable laws and regulations

Experience in cost estimation (2 years or more)
