We are a company that handles the interior and equipment of properties and facilities owned by the world's largest fund companies,
offices of famous companies, major hotels, restaurants, and commercial facilities.

Interior and equipment for offices, hotels, restaurants, retail, apparel, clinics, commercial facilities, etc.
We will entrust you with creating a wide range of spaces, from highly designed properties to large properties worth hundreds of millions of yen.
We create the space from scratch while imagining the people who will work and use it, so the sense of accomplishment when it is completed is special.

・Projects that can be completed directly
Scale: 10 million yen to 500 million yen (average 50 million yen)
Construction period: 1 month for small projects, about 1 year for large projects
Area: Mainly within Tokyo's 23 wards and the greater Tokyo area
Most of the projects are completed directly from home, and there are only a few local projects per year, so there are almost no business trips.
Since you will be responsible for upstream projects, you will be in an environment where you will have a lot of negotiations with managers and store owners.

[After joining the company]
If you have no experience in construction management, you will first be assigned to small projects with your seniors as OJT. We will support you so that you can gradually increase what you can do on your own and become independent.
If you have experience, we will entrust you with tasks that correspond to your previous experience and skills.
While working as an immediate asset in your field of expertise, you will be gradually assigned to new properties and develop your experience and skills.


Design and planning of commercial spaces (offices/hotels/restaurants/retail stores/clinics, etc.) / interior and architectural construction / interior supervision

Contract period:
*Depending on your previous experience and the content of the interview, we may ask you to become a contract employee (six months: renewal system).
