Points

[About the Company] Compass is an architectural firm specialized in the design and construction of medical-related facilities, including clinics. We have developed our business with the keywords "medical specialization," "integrated design and construction," and "Kansai." About five years ago, we expanded to Tokyo, broadening our focus to include deeper keywords along the horizontal axis. We have departments for sales, design, and construction, and we are currently seeking individuals who can excel in the construction management position within the construction department. [Attractions of Compass] A group of specialized professionals focused on healthcare (sales, design, construction). High community contribution through work related to healthcare, which is one of the social infrastructures. A conducive environment for growth. Most members of the company are qualified professionals, such as architects, construction management engineers, and real estate agents. We also have a qualification acquisition support system, making it suitable for those with a strong desire to improve. After joining, there is new employee training through OFF-JT (off-the-job training). We provide thorough guidance on the overall understanding of the business, including various job roles, and a comprehensive grasp of healthcare architecture. Projects are carried out by teams consisting of three members from sales, design, and construction, allowing even inexperienced individuals to easily receive OJT (on-the-job training) from seniors for a quicker understanding of their work. A friendly, open workplace environment. Since the founding staff is primarily composed of the representative's university juniors, there is a comfortable atmosphere where everyone can easily discuss their thoughts and questions.
