You will be in charge of help desk and technical support work in the information systems department of the client.

[Job details]
You will be in charge of help desk and technical support work in the information systems department of a food manufacturer.
Specifically
- First-stage inquiry reception based on procedure manuals
- Window, Q&A response, isolation, escalation, incident registration
- Response status management, knowledge accumulation, work outsourcing (PC recovery/kitting, routine work, system backup)
- Remote connection support, PC failure response, maintenance vendor arrangement, chatbot answer example creation, reflection
