※This position involves a wide range of tasks, including vehicle repairs and maintenance, as well as legal inspections and vehicle checks.

※BMW Group offers specialized training for each job role (training locations outside the prefecture)

Wide-ranging training programs, including human resource development and dementia supporter certification recognized by Kofu City, with external trainers invited.

As a mechanic for BMW MINI, you will be responsible for "maintenance", "repairs", "vehicle inspections and maintenance", etc.

・Automobile Mechanic Level 2 Certification or higher

・Ordinary Driver's License (not limited to automatic transmission)
・At least 1 year of experience in automobile maintenance
・Experience in BMW vehicle maintenance

Automotive Maintenance

8:45 AM – 6:00 PM Standard Working Hours: 7 hours 45 minutes Break Time: 90 minutes (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM) Overtime: Yes (approximately 10 hours per month)

Twice a year, determined based on company performance (average of 1 to 2 months' salary)

・Fixed Overtime Allowance: Covers 10 hours of overtime per month (additional pay for hours worked beyond this)
・Job Allowance: 10,000 yen – 50,000 yen
・Family Allowance: 5,000 yen – 20,000 yen
・Commuting Allowance: 500 yen – 9,000 yen
・Housing Allowance: Up to 20,000 yen (provided according to company regulations)

・Two-day weekend system
・Paid Leave: 10 days (granted from the start of employment according to company policy)
・Annual Holidays: 115 days
・Regular days off: Every Tuesday, and the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesday of each month, plus additional days off through a rotation system (22 days off in total).
・Other Holidays: Golden Week, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, long vacations, and paid leave (provided according to company policy from the start of employment).
