Job Description

■Specific duties
Management of a team in charge of interior construction drawings for a wide range of projects, including hotels, offices, commercial facilities, and building renovations

[Recruitment background]
We are strengthening our department due to an increase in projects. We handle interior and equipment for properties and facilities owned by the world's largest fund companies, offices of famous companies, major hotels, restaurants, and commercial facilities. We are actively recruiting to expand our business.

Interior and equipment for spaces such as offices, hotels, restaurants, retail stores, apparel, and clinics
We will entrust you with creating a wide range of spaces, from highly designed properties to large properties worth hundreds of millions of yen.

Mandatory Requirements

・ Experience in creating interior construction drawings and managing interior construction
* Qualifications not required
* 20 years of experience creating construction drawings is required for supervisor candidates
・ Experience using Vector Works

Highest level of education: Graduate school, university, vocational school, high school
