Job Description

■Specific duties
You will be responsible for cost estimation work related to interior and equipment construction for offices, hotels, restaurants, retail stores, and commercial facilities.

Scale: 10 million yen to 500 million yen (average 50 million yen)

Construction period: Small projects start from 1 month, large projects take about 1 year

Area: Mainly within the 23 wards of Tokyo and the greater Tokyo area

・Practical experience in cost estimation related to interior construction

・Those who are currently working in sales, design, construction management, and cost estimation and would like to focus on cost estimation

Highest level of education: Graduate school, university, vocational school, high school
