In the construction sites for buildings, housing, and infrastructure development, you will serve as a support role for the site supervisor in "construction management," responsible for checking progress and reviewing plans. We provide training that allows you to learn from the basics, so complete beginners are welcome.
■ Learn from "Business Etiquette."
After joining, you will follow the curriculum of the take-off training, which includes in-depth study of "business etiquette," "an overview of the construction industry," "the process of building construction," "the role of construction management," and "how to write and read architectural drawings."
■ Start by assisting the site supervisor.
You will manage photo data to ensure that construction is proceeding according to the plans. If the progress of the construction is behind the initial schedule, you will contact partner companies to arrange for craftsmen. As an assistant to the construction manager, you will be entrusted with coordination tasks to ensure that the construction proceeds smoothly.
