~Improvement design and maintenance of manufacturing equipment - Recruiting young engineers~

While increasing production and carrying out preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment, we will identify issues regarding quality, cost, and delivery time, and carry out improvement design.

Specifically,
We will conduct interviews with manufacturing plants and consider improvement proposals for manufacturing equipment → Implement circuit design for the improvement proposals for manufacturing equipment → Negotiate with external business partners as necessary → Validate and introduce the improved manufacturing equipment → Provide after-sales follow-up after a certain period of time to realize improvement measures.

Finally,
We will provide feedback to each process of Keyence's product planning, development, and design so that the know-how gained through this series of tasks can be utilized in the creation of future products.
