[Job Description]
Our company mainly provides cloud ERP construction and implementation consultation,
and also develops various business systems through other packages and scratch development.
You will be responsible for proposing various solutions to major corporations, closing the deal, and building good relationships.
Basically, our clients are major companies (finance, manufacturing, IT vendors, Sler) with whom we already have business relationships.

・In addition to making proposals based on customer requests, you will gain more specialized knowledge by understanding the actual situation on the ground and proposing improvement measures to customers from the perspective of communication paths within the project, how to proceed with issue management,
risks of progress delays, and the quality of requirement definitions and design documents.
・With the solid foundation of the SHIFT Group, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime, there is an environment where you can improve your skills while sharing know-how within the group.
・You can gain a lot of experience by building relationships with major companies representing Japan and taking charge of projects worth hundreds of millions of yen.
◆ Mainly deep-rooted sales to existing customers
・Since sales will be mainly to customers with whom relationships have already been built,
there will be no telemarketing or cold calling, and the sales style will be to build trust while solving the customer's problems.

・Understand the customer's IT development process/budget/number of annual cases
・Coordination with the SE department for project formation, creation of proposal materials
・Adjustment and negotiation of contract contents
・Identification of issues to achieve team goals, planning and implementation of improvement measures, member goal setting, motivation management

After joining the company, you will propose problem solving to customers and close the deal.
