~Improvement design and maintenance of manufacturing equipment - Recruiting young engineers~
While increasing production and carrying out preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment, you will identify issues with quality, cost, and delivery time, and carry out improvement design.
Specifically, you will interview the manufacturing plant and consider improvement proposals for the manufacturing equipment → Implement circuit design for the improvement proposals for the manufacturing equipment → Negotiate with external business partners as necessary → Validate and introduce the improved manufacturing equipment → Follow-up after a certain period of time to realize the improvement measures.
Finally, you will provide feedback to each process of Keyence's product planning, development, and design so that the know-how gained through this series of tasks can be utilized in the creation of future products.

- Electrical circuit designer (able to understand and improve analog electronic circuits)

8:30 to 17:30, 8 hours of work, 1 hour break, overtime (overtime pay is paid in full in 1 minute increments)
