■You will be performing vehicle inspections, general repairs, and tire changes for large trucks, as well as vehicle inspections and general repairs for passenger cars.

[Specifically]

■Vehicle inspection and maintenance
12-month statutory inspections, engine inspections, suspension disassembly inspections, undercarriage inspections, and other vehicle inspections and maintenance for all vehicle types, from large trucks such as chassis P to 4t and 2t.

■Regular inspections
Some inspection items for regular inspections involve disassembly and maintenance, but our company is certified by the Transport Bureau, so we can perform them.
When conducting 3-month and 6-month inspections, preventive maintenance can be performed at the same time to prevent roadside breakdowns, etc.

■General repairs
We handle everything from light maintenance such as oil changes to heavy maintenance of engines and suspension.
We handle electronic control failure diagnosis using diagnostic equipment compatible with the four domestic truck manufacturers (Hino Motors, Isuzu Motors, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus, and UD Trucks), as well as oil leaks, clutch overhauls, and suspension repairs.
We also handle tire changes using tire changers and simple body repairs at our own factory.

■ Internal cleaning

Sludge cleaning (oil line cleaning)

Carbon cleaning (fuel line cleaning)

Muffler internal cleaning (DPF, DPR, DPD)

■ Passenger car inspection and maintenance

We also perform passenger car inspection and maintenance.

24-month statutory inspection, engine inspection, undercarriage inspection, suspension inspection, etc.

■ Forklift maintenance

Forklifts are required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act to undergo specific voluntary inspections once a year.

At our company, qualified inspectors perform specific voluntary inspections.

Regular maintenance and inspections are essential to keep forklifts in use for a long time.

*Overtime hours are about 30 hours per month on average during normal periods.

*The number of vehicles we receive per day is 2 to 4.
