~Customer Support Position (Overseas)~
This job involves providing customer support to staff at overseas subsidiaries (North and South America/Greater China/ASIA/EU), such as explaining investigation results and proposing improvements tailored to the customer's usage environment.
Specific tasks include the following:
-Reporting and supporting products returned for repair from Keyence's overseas bases
-Providing customer support while communicating with staff at overseas bases
-Supporting the independent management of overseas bases, including building a system

- Experience in promoting business while coordinating/communicating with related departments
Highest level of education: Graduate school, university

- Experience in production management or on-site management/STEM major
- Willing to take on new challenges

- Native level Japanese and business level English (TOEIC score of 600 or above or experience studying or living abroad)
* Frequent email and video conference communication in English with overseas subsidiaries.

8:30 to 17:30, 8 hours of work, 1 hour break, overtime (overtime pay is paid in full in 1 minute increments)
