Points

[Company characteristics] NEC Networks & Systems Integration Corporation is characterized by providing comprehensive services ranging from system introduction to installation and daily support to a wide range of customers, including companies, telecommunications carriers, government agencies, and social infrastructure operators. By pursuing "customer first" in all of our businesses, we have cultivated our unique strengths. [Technical capabilities and reliability] We have built a unique position as an "SIer with construction capabilities" by combining the construction capabilities we have cultivated in telecommunications construction with ICT technology to keep up with the changing times. [Nationwide response capabilities] In addition to sales and SEs (system engineers) who respond to customers nationwide, we also have approximately 400 service bases throughout Japan to support the networks of telecommunications carriers and the infrastructure that protects the safety and security of society. We also have a help desk for networks, servers, security, etc., an operation center that provides unified support for network operation and monitoring and maintenance services, and a comprehensive technical center that can provide one-stop support from logistics functions and technical evaluation to repairs. [Business Creation Ability] The core of our corporate culture is our attitude of sincerely facing our customers' challenges and the social challenges that lie beyond them. As these challenges change, we have always taken on new business challenges and continued to change. One example is the "Work Style Reform Business," which we have been working on since 2007, ahead of other companies. NEC Networks & Systems Integration develops solutions through co-creation with partners such as various hardware and software vendors and startup companies with cutting-edge technology, and before offering them to customers, we first put them into practice with our own company and partner companies, evaluating and verifying their usability and effectiveness, and then provide them as optimal solutions, including the know-how gained there. These efforts have led to our unique "ability to create new businesses."
