You will be creating a report based on the results of an investigation into Keyence product failures and explaining the contents of the investigation to sales representatives.

In the future, you will also be involved in internal work improvement and efficiency initiatives, as well as part of team management, so you will be able to improve your broad range of technical skills and communication skills.

(1) User requests product repair investigation → (2)
The repair analysis team analyzes and identifies the cause →

(3) Keyence sales representative creates a report to explain to users and explains the contents →

(4) Sales representative reports to users.

You will be responsible for the above task (3).

- Experience in sales or clerical work, such as telephone or email negotiations (regardless of industry or occupation)
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
