Job Description

[Home Sales]
This department sells detached houses and condominiums in good locations in the city center, and is involved in the biggest purchase of a customer's life.

・Customer Attraction: We attract potential home buyers through response sales, referral sales, new sales, etc., and obtain appointments with customers.

・Customer Service: We listen to the desired conditions of customers who have made an appointment, and introduce recommended properties and features.

・Guidance: We do not just explain things at a desk, but also guide them around the property construction site and the interior of the building to expand their image of the home.

・Creating a payment simulation: We use simple calculation software to propose a simulation of the costs involved in purchasing real estate and the payment when using a loan.

・Contract Procedures: If we receive a contract, you may be required to sign and stamp the contract document.

[Land Acquisition]
This is a corporate sales department that purchases land from real estate agents to build detached houses and condominiums.

・Relationship Building: We visit real estate companies to introduce land information and to build medium- to long-term relationships.
・Planning: Based on the land information introduced to us, we will carry out design planning in-house. (Commercialization: determining the specifications of the house, deciding the selling price, calculating gross profit, etc.)
・Negotiations: Based on the commercialization in-house, we will negotiate the price with the real estate company.
・Contract procedures: If a contract is made, we will enter into a contract with each business partner.

【Domestic real estate sales and purchases (Solution business)]
This department purchases commercial real estate, increases the value of the real estate (leasing, renovation, etc.), and generates profits by selling it.
The sales department of this business is characterized by both purchasing and selling.
・Relationship building: As with purchasing land for detached apartments, we visit real estate companies to introduce land information to us and to build medium- to long-term relationships.
