[Construction Management]

This job involves site management (does not include work involving modifications to buildings)
You will be responsible for construction management of mechanical equipment (air conditioning, ventilation, water supply and drainage sanitation) for public facilities and private buildings.
As a site supervisor for facility construction, you will be responsible for construction planning, CAD construction drawings, process management, safety management, quality control, ordering, cost management, etc.
You will be in charge of new construction and renovated properties while working with a variety of contractors.

Experience in facility construction management in Japan
・Common car driving license (MT) *If you have AT limitation, it will be removed after joining the company.
