~On-site management (process progress management/worker labor management) - Recruiting young engineers~

- Supervisor duties at manufacturing sites

→ Responsible for direct guidance, education, and overall management of workers at Keyence product manufacturing sites.

- Inspection of inspection equipment and handling of inquiries. Creation of various work instructions and documents

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing sites, on-site instruction experience

- Experience creating and revising work instructions
