As a world leader in ceramic packaging for semiconductors, the company has established an international reputation. In this role, you will join the company as a technical generalist and participate in a variety of technical duties. Based on your skills and interests, you will be assigned to areas such as quality control, production technology, or process development.

Specific duties are expected to include:
・Designing tooling, developing processes, and carrying out process development for products such as ceramic sheets and optical communication packages.
・Efforts aimed at improving quality, manufacturing technology, and productivity.
・Other tasks related to production technology and manufacturing technology management.
・(In the future) Technical discussions with metal component manufacturers and customer interactions.

Additional notes:
・Many of the products may be unfamiliar, as they are not commonly encountered in daily life. However, senior employees will provide thorough training on product knowledge, job processes, and related tasks.
・Depending on the department, after the impact of COVID-19 subsides, there may be business trips to Malaysia (for about 1 week to 1 month per trip).
・If desired, you may have the opportunity to work at the overseas production site in Malaysia, where you could be involved in quality management, production improvements, and technical guidance for manufacturing processes.

This role provides an opportunity to experience a broad range of engineering careers and develop a diverse skill set.

[Required Qualifications and Experience]
・Knowledge and background in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering from your university department or studies.
・Experience in quality control, production technology, or process development at a manufacturing company.
・Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher.

[Preferred Qualifications and Experience]
・Experience working with ceramic products.
・Driver's license.

Education: University degree or higher.

8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (45-minute break) Overtime: Average 20 hours per month (subject to variation based on busy or slow periods)

Car commuting allowed, the commuting allowance is based on gasoline prices, with an upper limit.

Two days off per week (holidays are based on the company calendar)
124 days off per year
Saturdays, Sundays, Golden Week, New Year's holidays, paid vacation (20 days from the second year after joining), etc.
