■Working hours Head office, sales office, R&D center, Miharu, Iwaki, Miyazaki factory 8:15-17:30 (prescribed working hours: 8 hours) Break time: 75 minutes Other factories 8:15-17:15 (prescribed working hours: 8 hours) Break time: 60 minutes *Flextime system available

■Bonus: twice a year (June, December)
