Job Description

■Job Description: At the request of a major sanitary product manufacturer, we specialize in developing packaging machines for sanitary products such as diapers, tissues, and sanitary products. We will entrust you with the control design of this machine.

■Job Details:
-Electrical circuit design
-Hemming the machine at the customer's factory, trial operation/adjustment, etc.
Product size and specifications vary depending on the customer's product, the space and specifications of the factory, other production lines, etc. Team up with machine designers and manufacturing staff to design efficient electrical circuits and develop control software with an eye toward energy saving and usability.
*For 3-6 months after joining the company, you will be involved in some improvements with senior employees at domestic factories, and after that, you will also be on business trips to factories both in Japan and overseas. The period varies from 1 week to 1 month per month.

■Organizational Structure: There are 10 people in charge of electrical design. A wide range of ages from 20s to 50s are active. Many mid-career hires are active.
