As our construction manager, you will be responsible for all on-site management tasks (technical management, process management, etc.) in construction work.

Specifically,
You will be responsible for all on-site management tasks such as technical management, process management, cost management, safety management, and labor management.

Since we undertake as a prime contractor or JV, we manage all aspects of the building.

・Civil engineering work
We manage tunnel excavation, highway construction, and erosion control for disaster prevention.

・Pavement work
We not only do "road surface construction," but also construct "road surface structures" that can be particular about their materials and appearance.

■Work style:

・There are 125 days of holiday per year, and the paid leave utilization rate is over 90%.

・Currently, overtime hours are 40 to 60 hours per month, but we are adjusting to improve work style within the company, such as limiting overtime to 45 hours per month from April 2024. In addition, all employees are provided with smartphones and attendance management is performed, so if there is a lot of overtime, the general affairs department will issue an alert to the department manager. We are promoting work style reform and working to reduce overtime work.
