◆ Background of recruitment
Visasq operates a knowledge platform that connects the knowledge of over 600,000 people in 190 countries around the world with the mission of "connecting knowledge and challenges."

In Japan, many clients already use it as a means of gathering information, but we aim to make it a commonplace presence in business, and are working to further evolve our existing services and create new ways to use them.

Overseas, we are further increasing our presence in the Expert Network Service (ENS) industry and creating a global platform that can be used beyond regional and language barriers.

As the product environment becomes more complex, the importance of product management is increasing in order to deliver value to users more quickly and grow, and we are looking for someone who can help us promote it.

◆ Job content
・Medium- to long-term vision for the product in charge based on the company-wide strategy
・Strategy creation
・Identification of issues from user surveys (qualitative and quantitative) and log and data analysis
・Planning and execution of product function improvements and new function development
・Prioritizing development measures in collaboration with the development organization
・Creating requirements and specifications
・Improving and systematizing business processes
・Project management
・Internal and user communication for function release

Mandatory Requirements



- Experience leading a project involving a cross-departmental team, not limited to system development

- Ability to negotiate and communicate with various stakeholders in the team, such as engineers, designers, sales, and customer success

- Experience extracting issues based on data (facts), whether qualitative or quantitative, and planning and executing them

- IT literacy and the ability to discuss system specifications

- Ability to write documentation such as proposals and specifications

- Experience designing business processes

Highest level of education: Graduate school, university
