■Job Description:
As a production engineer involved in the manufacture of reed switches, you will be primarily responsible for troubleshooting and improving electrical control circuits and PLC control circuits.
Specifically, we handle semi-automatic sealing machines (assembly machines) designed and manufactured in-house. You will be responsible for making improvements and maintaining equipment according to the size and characteristics of reed switches.

■Reed switches:
An electromechanical switching device that contains two ferromagnetic blades inside a sealed glass tube. They are used in situations such as turning on the lights when the refrigerator door is opened and checking whether the seat belt is fastened in a car.

■Organization to be assigned:
25 production engineers
We are divided into three teams for each work process within production engineering, and each team consists of about 8 people.
This time, depending on the aptitude of the applicant, we are considering assigning you to the equipment maintenance department within production engineering.

■Work style:

- Average overtime hours for production engineers: 8.2 hours (last year's results)

- Average overtime hours for the whole company: 11.4 hours (last year's results)

- Average number of paid holidays taken: 14.7 days

- Emergency and problem response: The factory operates 24 hours a day, but we have a designated "trouble duty" for each day, and when a problem occurs, it is decided who will respond.
