[Summary]
Development, operation and maintenance of semiconductor production systems

[Detailed duties]
Promote FA (Factory Automation) system development (MES, equipment failure prediction) and maintenance, as well as program development/maintenance management of in-house business systems.

Development and maintenance of dispatch and simulator systems, introduction and deployment of online HOST, development of transport systems, development of systems in general (system design/implementation, software development), data mining technology, mathematical science and technology, and their operation and maintenance, system construction and line deployment of process management systems and equipment online, operation management, system construction for business efficiency, deployment of related bases, operation management/business support, etc.
