Salary Details

Job Description

We are looking for members to start up a new business for Open House Development, which has been the No. 1 in the number of apartment buildings supplied in Tokyo's 23 wards for three consecutive years.

The main target will be high-income earners and single-person households, so you will be using your sales experience to sell Open House brand apartments located throughout the country on a unit-by-unit basis as investment products.

・Customer acquisition: You will approach customers through response sales, referral sales, and past contract holders to obtain appointments.

・Customer service: We will introduce the features and marketability of recommended properties to customers who have made appointments.

・Creating payment simulations: Using calculation software and calculators, we will propose simulations of the costs of purchasing real estate, and payments and operations when using a loan.

・Contract procedures: If we receive a contract, you may be required to sign and stamp the contract documents.
