Construction management for public works and private construction sites

(Management of safety, quality, schedule, cost, etc.)

Mainly prime contractor construction, construction sites are within Shiga Prefecture around Hikone City, and direct travel is possible

Specifically, work involves adjusting schedules at construction sites, safety management to ensure accident-free construction, arranging materials, machinery, and craftsmen and managing the associated budget, and quality control to ensure construction is done according to design drawings. Work also involves photographing records and organizing documents.

・Over 3 years of experience in civil engineering construction management
・Graduate of a construction-related faculty
・Regular driver's license (automatic transmission acceptable) *Can be obtained before joining the company
・Japanese level N2 or equivalent
