Job Description

▼General affairs:
・Planning and running company events
・Shareholder-related work
・Running company meetings such as board meetings
・Establishing company rules: Minimum wage compliance, etc.
・Establishing the work environment: Promoting business improvement, etc.
・Facility management: Changing the office layout and managing and ordering furniture and fixtures, etc.
・Establishing IT infrastructure within the company
・Vehicle management

・Entry and exit procedures

・Wage ledger creation work
・Various notifications to public institutions
・Residence renewal work

▼Human resources and labor:
・Recruitment activities: Planning and managing recruitment plans, recruiting new graduates for universities, implementing and running recruitment information sessions, negotiating with human resources companies for mid-career recruitment activities, creating job postings, coordinating recruitment interviews, etc.
・Planning and managing education and training plans

*The number of employees at each branch is 30 at the head office, 15 at Chiba, 28 at Saitama, 15 at Tohoku, and 6 at Chubu.

■ Organizational structure: The Management Headquarters has five employees (one section manager in his 60s, one general affairs officer, two accounting staff, and one human resources staff).

Mandatory Requirements

・Experience managing general affairs, accounting, human resources, and other personnel management tasks
・Vietnamese language: Business level or above
