You will be the leader (IT service manager) of the IT service management proposal and implementation team that will be deployed both domestically and overseas.

As the leader of the IT service management proposal and implementation team in the managed service implementation project, you will be responsible for design, proposal, and coordination.
Contents: Collecting information on customer environments, designing operational processes, implementing ITSM tools, designing reporting, holding information sessions, creating educational content, etc.
